- Growing location: produced from Cortese vineyards located within the vine-growing area of sud-Piedmont

- Soil: sandy, with low percentage of silt and clay
- Vinemaking process: light pressing fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature; protection from oxygen
- Tasting notes: the wine has an intense aroma of acacia blossom, lily of the valley, and green apple. The flavor is dry and harmonious.
