Pinot Noir
2-Conditions of Growth:
This vine develops very deep roots in a clayey, alkaline soil, avoiding all problems of drought.
3-Winemaking Method:
The grapes are harvested by hand. After destalking, they make long skin macerations in order to increase body and color.
Traditional fermentation is a temperature-controlled process, and aging takes place in vats.
4-Tasting :
• Color: deep pinkish-ruby-red. Presented in a green bottle.
• Nose: a ripe and wild bouquet with aromas of raspberry, black currant, and red currant.
• Mouth: A nice, pleasant wine. gamey side with red fruits coming through. A well-balanced wine that lingers in the mouth.
5-Our advice:
This Pinot Noir goes very well with grilled and roasted meat, Asian food, or a cold meal.
6-Temperature:
Serve chilled between 8 and 10°C (47 and 50°F).
7-Ageing :
Up to five years.
