Product Description

WINE ESTATE
The son of a Provencal wine grower, Alain Vidal initially opted for a career in agricultural engineering. However, in 1998, his love of the vine prevailed and he took over the manufacture of wine at the Château Dubraud.
Assisted by his charming wife, Céline, he restructured the Château’s 40 hectares of land and introduced modern methods of production.
An exciting venture for this young couple with their averred beliefs in rational cultivation: care and attention during the cultivation process, green harvest, rigorous early season harvesting, tilling the earth and use of organic manure and non chemical weed killers. Each year the wine holds the promise of a wonderful concentration resulting in good
keeping wines.
Alain wants to encourage the merlots and cabernets to produce their quintessence.

SOIL
Clay-limestone and silica.
