50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot.

MATURING OF THE WINE
12 months in oak barrels (1/3 being new).
This wine can be enjoyed as of today, but can also be aged for 10 years.
Beautiful ruby color. A complex nose of red fruits and woody aromas with vanilla and roasted notes. The palate is round and well balanced with great aromatic of fruity and roasted notes, offering a finale of
melted tannins. Great aromatic persistence.
In the 19th century, Château Haut Selve was the biggest property in Bordeaux with 350 hectares. After having been destroyed by phylloxera and abandoned, it became the unique creation of the 20th century (1993) in the Bordeaux Region. Within 15 years the estate has become a reference for quality in the Graves area.
