Chateau Laval Cuvee Noemie AOC Costieres de Nimes
Grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press. Cold settling at 10°C with enzyme added prior to alcoholic fermentation. Temperature-controlled fermentation at 18°C.
A pale gold colour with crystal clear green highlights. Seductive smells characterized by white flowers and yellow peach notes. The first sip is clean and complete and the finish leaves round and crisp impressions.
Best served between 10 and 12°C°
A perfect choice for aperitif. Also a delightful dinner wine to go with fish and shell fish dish and poultry.
