Selected lots, chosen for their high quality potential, planted with some of the most famous Rhône Valley grape varieties: 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre
Traditional winemaking of destemmed grapes. The wine remains in contact with the skins an additional 17 days. 30% of the blend in a tank and 70 % in French oak barrel during 18 months.
Intense dark red colour. An incredible complex bouquet features cherries and chocolate. Red fruits aromas. On the palate, this wine shows a perfect balance between mellow and silky.
Best served between 16 and 18°C. A perfect choice with roasted red meat, or sauced game meats, like wild boar stew, Camargue beef stew, and chocolate cake.
