VINIFICATION

To be enjoyed with all kinf of meats (knuckle of pork, roasted poultry), and perfumed cheeses (like Crottins de Chavignol or other goat cheeses).

TASTING NOTES

Deep garnet robe. Intense fruity nose, with blackcurrant and blackberry dominance. Toasted and vanilla notes, from. French oak barrels vinification. The attack is upfront, straightforward. Well balanced combining roundness and tannic structure. Complexity in mouth,great lenght.
