The Sainte Claire Chablis expresses with a great deal of finesse the typicity of its Chablis soil: the Kimmeridgian. Made from Chardonnay grapes, this vintage expresses the singularity of our wines through its strength, precision and freshness.

SOIL Kimmeridgian : alternate layers of limestone and marls containing fossilized marine bodies which give Chablis its fresh minerality.

CULTURE Organic, Wine produced from organically-grown grapes – certified by FR-BIO-01
WINE-MAKING Pneumatic pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats temperature controlled at 18-20°C. Ageing on less in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness of the fruit and the typicity of the soil. Malolactic fermentation completed.
