Le Parisien Sauvignon Blanc, IGP Pays d’Oc
Grapes come from the best plots selected by our oenologists. Soils are made of clay and gravel, with subsoil of limestone.
Viticulture / Winemaking:
Pressing of the grapes with temperature control. Short skin maceration. Maturing in vats on the lees.
With a pale yellow color and green highlights, this wine develops aromas of white flowers with hints of citrus fruits. In the mouth, the wine is clean, crisp and very refreshing.
Serve it chilled as an aperitif, with fish or white meats (pork or chicken)
