Les Argeliers AOC Vacqueyras Laudun Chusclan
Blending: 70 % Grenache – 20% Syrah – 10 % Mourvèdre
Wine-making process: Traditional for the grenache and mourvèdre, carbonic maceration for the syrah in order to extract the maximum of flavours from fruits.
Tasting and food match:
Nose very representative of Vacqueyras Appellation region. Notes of ripen fruits, jams and spicy notes of scrubland. Beautiful matter stops some on tight tannins, prune and fig finale.
Best to be served at 17°c in association with a joint of beef or a leg of lamb to thyme.
