Wine making process: –60% Traditional wine making with a 13 days fermentation and controlled temperatures around 26-28°C.
-20% in carbonic maceration
-20%in Thermo Flash wine making with controlled temperatures around 23°-25°c.
Beautiful ruby color. Nose with aromas of red fruits and spices. Well-balanced and rounded tannins in mouth, appreciable concentration. To be drunk at 17-18°c with white meats, grilled meats, spicy and exotic cooking.
The vineyard is located in the South East of France on the right bank of the Rhone, between the villages of Chusclan and Laudun, where the COTES DU RHONE name was born.
Selections carried out on vines conducted both on sandy soil plains and on clay-limestone and somewhat rocky soils (on the hillsides).
