Color: Ruby red with notes of purple
Aroma: Red fruits, in particular blueberry and raspberry
Palate: Balanced with body, intensely flavorful with a slightly tannic finish.
Viticulture and Vinification
Lambrusco Salamino is blended with 10% Ancelotta. The wine has the characteristic deep color and firm structure of Lambrusco Reggiano. Labrusca Rosso is vinified using the Charmat method and is kept near freezing in pressurized tanks until bottling. An Italian classic.
