Pigmentum is a Latin word meaning “thing that gives colour”, the origin of the English word “Pigment”. Ugni Blanc and Colombard match together here to give yet another fine expression of Southwest France terroir.

The vinification is made at low temperature (18C – 63F).
Well chilled as an aperitif or with starters such as stuffed avocado, shrimp salad, brochette or cheese. It fits also perfectly with desserts like for instance mango Carpaccio.
This blend has a clear, pale colour along with hints of tropical fruits, grapefruit, and lime blossom on the nose. It is attractively fresh and beautifully aromatic. This is an easy going wine. Tasting temperature: 12°C.
