DESCRIPTION:

Rozès Vintage 2000 is issued from a single year of exceptional quality, as it was classified by the Port Wine Institute, and is produced with a rigorous selection of the best grapes from Cima Corgo region, in the Douro Valley, without any kind of correction or filtration. This wine ages traditionally for two years in oak casks before being bottled and now it is kept ageing in bottle at our cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.

TASTING NOTES:

• Color: dark color wine.
• Nose: a complex wine, with a good structure and a great aromatic potential with intense floral notes of violets.
• Palate: long finish, with strong and persistent tannins and a nice flavor of matured plums.
