Domaine de l'Olivette is a small, centuries-old farm in the heart of the Bandol zone in Provence. Low-yielding Mourvedre is carefully cultivated to ensure full ripeness, and hand-harvested fruit is gently fermented and aged for at least 18 months in large casks. The Dumoutier family believes in sustainable methods and belongs to the Vignerons Independants de France.
