Destemmed harvest, yeast inoculation, and alcoholic fermentation for 10 to 12 days in stainless steel tanks, racking, and aging in 400L barrels, 20% of which are new.

These wines are aged in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new, adding a gentle touch of spice and complexity to the silky.
