Grape Variety & Origin: 100% Malbec from a 100-year-old vineyard in Perdriel, 900 meters above sea level.
Aging: French oak barrels for 15 months.
Tasting Notes: Robust garnet color with purple nuances. Aroma of plums and cherries (typical of the variety) with hints of vanilla and spices as well as smoky and toasted notes. On the palate: Full-bodied with concentrated flavors and silky sweet tannins leading to a long and compelling finish.
Food Pairing: Superb with grilled red meats, particularly the more tender/rich cuts of beef.
