2-Conditions of Growth:
These vines are planted on the plain and at the foot of the hills in alluvial soils, which allow water to percolate but retain heat.
3-Winemaking method:
Traditional method: same process as that used to make champagne, with a long, steady process of fermentation to build up effervescence, followed by aging on laths.
4-Tasting :
• Color: Pale, clear yellow, with fine bubbles
• Nose: Fine, subtle aromas, blending with floral and fruity notes of white peaches and apricots
• Mouth: An elegant, long-lasting sparkle of very fine bubbles characterizes this Crémant.A positive attack, developing in the mouth into roundness full of flavor; peach once more, with hints of hazelnut.
